The Platform provides information services, communication tools, and rating systems to facilitate informed decision-making and business connections.
Our services include developer profile hosting, investment opportunity listings, comprehensive rating and review systems, secure communication tools, educational resources, and market analysis. The Platform aggregates and presents information provided by users, including developers and investors. While we implement verification procedures and quality controls, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of user-provided information. Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence and verification.

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and promptly updating any changes to your contact details, business information, or other account data.

Business entities may designate multiple authorized users under a single business account with appropriate permissions and access controls.
Account security is your responsibility, including maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and restricting access to your account. You are liable for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorized or unauthorized. Notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized access or security breaches.
Account verification may be required for certain Platform features or access levels. Verification procedures may include identity confirmation, business registration validation, reference checks, or other appropriate measures to ensure Platform security and user protection.

By posting content, users grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with Platform operations and services.
User-generated content must not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others. Users are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate rights to any content they post, including images, documents, and other materials. We may remove content that appears to infringe intellectual property rights.
